Jardine Libarie Genre: Contemporary Fiction ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I was about half way through this book, when I realized I was reading an entirely different book from the one I thought I was reading.  I was so engrossed by this point there was no way I was going to stop.   I honestly went from loving this book to hating this book several hundred times during the course of reading it.  I loved the characters to obsession and hating them at the same time.  I am not sure who I loved or hated the most. I really wanted Jamie to be happy with Elise and to be able to hold onto his family in the beginning, but I began to feel differently. I began to understand that he wanted free of them as much as he wanted Elise.  He wanted to be Jamie.  Elise loved him immediately and she knew  it.
