Jardine Libarie Genre: Contemporary Fiction ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I was about half way through this book, when I realized I was reading an entirely different book from the one I thought I was reading. I was so engrossed by this point there was no way I was going to stop. I honestly went from loving this book to hating this book several hundred times during the course of reading it. I loved the characters to obsession and hating them at the same time. I am not sure who I loved or hated the most. I really wanted Jamie to be happy with Elise and to be able to hold onto his family in the beginning, but I began to feel differently. I began to understand that he wanted free of them as much as he wanted Elise. He wanted to be Jamie. Elise loved him immediately and she knew it. She had lived ten years to every one year that Jamie lived. She longed for love, to be loved, to have someone to love. She was ripe for someone.
