Graveminder

I gave up several times on this book, but I hate to waste money especially on books, so I trudged onward! I stuck with it and the last half of the book is decent. I passed the book on to a friend but I recommended skipping to chapter 23 since everything up to that point crucial to the story could be worked into the story with a conversation between the main characters. The backstory is overpowering and many times I was left wondering what was the relevance of events for example the evening in the bar with Amity and why was she even in this story? She had no part expect to take up space and pages honestly. Too bad it was not a loaner...
