The Lincoln Theatre in Marion, Virginia, is one of three existing Art Deco Mayan Revival theaters in America. The Lincoln Theatre is on the National Register of Historic Places and is a Virginia Historic Landmark.

We scored tickets to see The David Mayfield Parade Show, now if you have not seen this great performer, you must plan on seeing a show the next opportunity!  It is an eclectic mix of Americana, bluegrass, country, pop...basically something for everyone.  Plus his own hilarious take on life and comedic delivery makes it a great show!  We had purchased two tickets for The Man and myself but a death in the family of a friend provided four additional tickets giving us the opportunity to take the Man Child and a friend plus our good friends Dee and Ray.
